Welcome to my website, My name is Aaron Post . I have a broad skillset that allows me to understand problems quickly, built a strategy around it and create opportunities to help grow your organization through new and existing channels. Let's talk about what I can do for you.

People, Software Data, and Technology.

"It's easier and more effective to be in the top 10% in several different skills --- your "stack" --- than it is to be in the top 1% in any one skill."

Marketing & Research

Helping those I work for better understand their strategy vs their tactics, we know where we are going.

Product Management

So much to learn in this area, my only experience is from my startup, from vision to profitability.

Sales

Selling goods and services off and on since 2004. I am best at B2B sales in the web services or software space.

What Do I Do Best

People. Data. Technology.

I thrive in environments where the people are smart and maintain that passion when faced with new challenges. I help leverage the data from the field or internally to better understand how to move forward while utilizing a variety of tool sets to make it happen. From Marketing to sales, understanding the customer and how they are utilizing your service is key to changing how you go to market. Most of the experiments I run may fail, from my perspective that is a huge win because it means we are one step closer to finding what works.

Pro: I love helping people, businesses and communities improve their numbers, operations and meet their goals.

Con: If you have it all figured out and it is just plugging things into a formula then I have to be honest, I am not sure that I am the person you should be talking too.

Focus

Helping organizations and individuals focus on the KPI's that drive the growth. For early stage companies or product launches, this sounds much easier than it really is

Recommendations & Book Quotes

  • Aaron and I worked together as part of the Leadership team at Cartegraph. Aaron has an entrepreneurial spirit. He always looks for the best, most innovative ways to solve a problem, works with customers to validate his ideas, and commits himself to success one small step at a time. Be careful when working with Aaron - he can be convincing and inspiring and soon enough he'll have you jumping in the deep end. The good news - the deep end is exactly where should to be, whether you know it at the time or not.

  • " The 40% Rule is straightforward. It says that when an individual’s mind begins telling them that they are physically or emotionally maxed out, in reality they have only pushed themselves to 40% of their full capacity. In other words, they could endure 60% more if only they believed that they are capable of it."
